　　The ever-escalating integration of the global economy and technology well points to the pace-setting role of technology in the development of global economy, and the international trade in technology is set to serve as the main contributor to the thriving growth of global trade. International trade in technology can be promoted on the basis of voluntary, equal, fair, truthful and credit-keeping market transactions by building an international platform for technology transfer and innovation cooperation, expanding the network of international partners for non-governmental S&T cooperation, and strengthening intellectual property protection.
